Situated between the  natural boundaries of the Phantom and Homtini Passes, in the buffer of the newly gazetted Garden Route National Park and bordering on the N2.   The conservancy includes properties on either side of the Rheenendal Road.   The landscape is varied ranging from Riverine forest, to undulating valleys of indigenous Afro-montane and Coastal forests, fynbos plantations and arable lands
